As a former 911 dispatcher, let's clear some things up. She immediately pinged the location and sent help, I guarantee that. The "stupid questions" are gathering information officers need and keeping her on the line so officers have an idea what they're walking in to. She was not heartless—I promise you she will never forget that call and probably had to cry and walk it off for hours afterward. Y'all just don't understand how emergency services work.
