@elliemaack: these tips will help you master your RDLs ⭐️ I know they can be difficult to get right and I’ve experienced back pain myself from performing them incorrectly. always choose form over weight. If you feel any pain, lower the weight and focus on your technique!! 🤍 once you can’t push your hips back any further, don’t keep lowering the barbell. this should be right below knee level, then drive your hips forward to stand back up. to get them more glute focused, keep a slight bend in the knees 🍑
