Great summary, small things that might be important to his character: 1. He is in love with Karen Page which has been confirmed which is important, the special showed how he basically sees her as his wife (the director confirmed it) and 2. he is very clear on NEVER harming or killing innocent people. EVER. The one time he thought he did, he was SEWRCIDAL for the entire episode until THANKS TO KAREN he learned he wasn't actually responsible for those innocent deaths. Frank only harms those who deserve it and that's why other superheroes and vigilantes don't really stop him. Also he was shot in the head with his family AND HE BROUGHT HIMSELF back to life. In my mind that makes him a little supernatural which is why he always wins the fights no matter what (my headcanon) and he is just that good

As a Frank fan, his story is so much more nuanced and compelling than this. His choice in OLK wasnt “choosing to be the punisher still” its choosing to be more than just his vengeance. He is choosing to help people in need rather than just killing people.

Yeah you kinda left out the Punisher season 2 and touched on season one a bit. Season two does a good job of showing a little bit of his compassionate side where he helps a girl and a mercernary who was forced by some older people to kill Frank, by those people holding his son hostage.

Heres another summary related to daredevil guyss! so basically, In Daredevil Born Again Season 2, Matt publicly revealed his identity, which leads to him in prison and sooo Spidey definitely knows his lawyer is a vigilante. The Hand is one of Daredevil's biggest enemies. So we see Spidey fighting them in a prison in the trailer, they’re likely hunting Daredevil down. As for Frank Castle aka The Punisher, both daredevil and punisher runs deep connections because in daredevil series they transitioned from rivals to working as partners against the city's worst threat. And now in the Spidey trailer you can see Frank actively helping Spidey (to help Matt outta prison ig?). Alsooo, Elektra which is Matt's ex-girlfriend is now part of The Hand :,( I’m not sure if she’ll show up, but it would be pretty heartbreaking for Matt if she does.(prolly not gonna show up lol) overall im not even sure if matt's gonna show up in spiderman bnd but I just feel like matt's only showing up in the bnd credit scene as a way to introduce the daredevil born again season 3✌️😁 also please correct me if I explained wrong

Another detail. In the special presentation it is implied that Frank murdered all the gangs associated with the murder of his family and he basically has “nothing to do now” which prompts his PTSD to get worse and he goes to his family’s grave yard to finish himself but his daughter shows up to “save him” and the sub plot of him saving the store owner’s little girl gave Frank a new purpose to protect the innocent.
