I know US hospitals aren't the greatest, but the company is work for offers something called "fly you home" so if you get hospitalized abroad, you call us, and we pick him up in an ICU equipped jet. and it would allow you to ride with.

TBH he looked super skinny to me when u guys were leaving. I hadn’t seen u in a while and he seemed like he’d lost weight. Maybe follow up when u get back to the states incase it’s more than food poisoning in Thailand.

With him losing weight like he did in two days I wanna say gallbladder. But I know with my appendix when they finally realized it was my appendix the time it got to that point I was already like doubling over in pain I couldn’t walk hardly I managed to get like downstairs in my house and then my mom had to call an ambulance cause I could not walk anymore. I don’t know about gallbladder pain though.
