No groups, no classroom — just you and me, blocking, flanging, and shaping a hat in 100% beaver fur felt, the same grade that sells off my bench on its own. Day 1: Steam and block your body, set the band line — the way hatters have done it for two hundred years. Day 2: Flange the brim, then hand-sew the reeded leather sweatband. The part nobody sees, and the part your head knows every day. Day 3: Steam and set your crease — cattleman, teardrop, Gus, whatever suits you. Band goes on. You walk out wearing it. $1,300 covers all three days, all materials, and a finished custom hat fitted to your head.
