@iaparamarcas: Un agente no responde, hace. Es un workflow o flujo de trabajo inteligente. Una skill es distinta. Es una metodología, una ciencia que metes dentro de tu empresa. Para mí un agente está por debajo de una skill. Si puedes elegir, usa mejor skills antes que agentes. Lo ideal es tener las dos cosas, con un agente que gestione tus skills. Coge tus procesos actuales y automatízalos. Es lo mismo que hago yo en mis empresas con 40 empleados. Sabías ya la diferencia entre agente y skill o los usabas como sinónimos?
