I sent that text for that same reason. I wasn’t gonna keep my feelings bottled up he needed to hear how I felt. I wasn’t doing to be petty I was doing it to express myself. I told him an apology and accountability would go a long way whether he wanted to step up that was his decision.

100%. I address it. I give you a few days to a week for you to come to terms with things, I keep things as if nothing happened, then I disappear when I think it's appropriate. no blocking, no muting, no ignoring calls. I will answer everything you send me, but I don't initiate, ever, unless we are in a romantic relationship. I give too much of myself to anything less than a reciprocated relationship, friendship, situationship, best friend, girlfriend/boyfriend. husband and wife is different. I'm estranged 5 yrs with my husband, I root for him, I guide him to sources to help himself, I am the foundation of the relationship, until you make moves that show, I am no longer considered. when I go silent, you'll never know it's the last you'll hear from me if you have a big ego and refuse to grow to meet me.
