So she left it in some random passage, in used carton box, and V is supposed to find it how exactly? I still have mixed feelings about Songbird. She lied and manipulated everybody, walked over them for her own gain, yet in finale saved V from the Cerberus.

all the people saying she's evil is exactly why she felt the need to lie. she was a tortured slave for the NUS government and couldn't trust anyone because of it. I don't blame her for lying at all. she did what she needed to and I hope she survived her trip to the moon

Regardless of the lies, she was backed into a corner with almost no options. She did what she had to do to survive. Is it fair, nah. Did she betray V, 100%. I still wouldn't give her back to the monsters that pushed her to that. Betrayed or not, I'm not selling a person back to monsters for my gain

Songbird needed to lie to us to get our help. Using game logic we as players would’ve done it but logically would v help someone on this long journey to get their own head fixed when we are looking for a cure ourselves? No and that’s besides the fact we aren’t even trustworthy until she gets to know us as most people we’ve been crewed up with aren’t alive. If you didn’t help her after the fact and are using this to justify it….more power to you but let’s remember what game we are playing, the setting, the society etc. we have plot armor getting us ahead, she doesn’t.
