You all know I don’t gatekeep 😌 so here you go the full tutorial and recipe for my viral Donut Burgers If you want a more detailed tutorial and stacking/filling options ,send me a dm but please note,it’s not free. This recipe uses 2 cups of flour, so if you’re making a larger batch, simply multiply the ingredients according to your flour quantity. Donut Burger Recipe (2 Cups Flour) -2 cups all-purpose flour (about 250g) -2 tbsp sugar (25g) -1 tbs instant yeast -½ tsp salt (3g) -2 tbsp butter (30g) -½ cup warm milk (120ml) or cold water 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) This would yield 5-6 donuts A few tips: -Don’t flatten the doughnuts too much before filling them or they’ll become tiny after assembling. -coat with cinnamon sugar or regular icing sugar -Fill and stack them exactly the way you’d assemble a burger ,single stack, double stack, triple stack… the choice is yours. -Wrap in foil and package however you like.
