The thing you said “I don’t know what this is for” is a garlic grater. You rub the garlic glove over those spikes and it grates it for you.

One with the little nubbies on it is for puréeing/juicing fruits or vegetables! You can take a strawberry or a cucumber and start rubbing it back-and-forth across those nubbies and it will purée/juice them. I use one to create flavored cold foam for my coffee and Matcha!

That’s a vintage milk glass grater, used to be used for making baby foods such as grating apples fruits and veggies, it purées, also for garlics and ginger. The glass was ideal because it was easy to clean and not leave a smell.

Make sure you are testing for lead. I love buying plates and items and a lot are vintage. We have to make sure they don’t have lead before we use them. We have found a lot of lead!
