You are too smart 😂😂, Energy security express is more like subsidy but it only activated when needed just like when the global cost of importing fuel rises or the Naira weakens. NNPC absorbs this price difference so that consumers do not face astronomical price spikes at the pump. So this was implemented during Iran war with USA. if we can check the global price of fuel two months ago the price is close to $3. Let all put this in mind, Nigeria is not producing fuel, Dangote is a private Company, his products is subsides to meet our needs during global crises only
