I’m glad I stumbled upon your content. I’m located in Asia, Singapore. The church I grew up in was founded by white missionaries from the States, and is affiliated with United Pentecostal, so I’m familiar with the bible teachings of white church. Something in me has always been curious and skeptical since young and I’m glad that never went away. I’m a firm believer that “what you seek is also seeking you”, and this page has been such a help on my deconstruction journey.

I asked why God sacrificed Jesus to the world in the third grade and the nun teaching my religion class in Catholic school slapped me in front of my classmates for daring “to question the Lord.” I’ll never forget how much shame I felt as a child that day. Wish I’d watched this video back then.

dishonesty is inconsistent with the nature of god, so if his expectations are unreasonable, it'll necessarily result in failure 😄 eg. Lucifer was a perfect creation who developed a flaw, which shows he was actually a flawed creation to begin with. Then god regretted making man, and not the devil who influences man to sin.. After Adam &eve ate from 1 tree, god prevented access to another tree, which shows he could have prevented access to the 1st tree.. Cain & Abel were fine and conflict arose when god showed preference for barbecue - yet all blame was placed on Cain.. the examples are too many 😄
