IMHO, it will never taste like rice BUT a cauliflower steak with a little mozzarella & Rao's marinara baked in 1-inch slices is out of this world!

So I am diabetic and I have a rice cooker that removes starch which in turn lowers the carbs. So of course I’m gonna test it out. But was wondering if you tried anything like this?

It makes a nice chicken stir fry with sauce. I mixed some in xtra firm tofu. Just undercooked it a little if you are going to stir fry it.
