THIS!! I prefer acrylic and gouache because it doesn’t take so long to dry. Lowkey jealous of how oil blends so seamlessly but it can be done with acrylics too if done quick enough

I think acrylics also work good for you specifically because your painting stile is very blocky, with hard contrasts and hard or little gradients!
