@aloomahfertility: Before we started IVF we had absolutely no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️ No idea what the protocol actually involved. The number of medications. The injections. The precise timing of everything. The fridge full of things that look like they belong in a hospital. It is overwhelming when you first see it laid out. And then it becomes your normal. You stop noticing it is extraordinary because it just becomes what every day looks like for a while. That is one of the strangest things about a fertility journey. The things that would stop you in your tracks at the start just become part of the routine. And you carry on because carrying on is the only option you have.
