Only a handful lenders in the Country that Mortgage these. It’s in the category of “being able to be moved” because it’s technically a trailer. Depreciation factors,recovery risks also a factor. So with A+ tier 1 credit the interest rates are in the 3 to 4 % higher range. Even though it’s on lease land it is better than paying rent. This particular one is in great shape and in a decent area for sure.
