Their psychology plan is a list of actions, not a feeling to chase. “Journal your emotions” tells you nothing to do differently tomorrow. A real coach names the specific behaviour that needs to change. 5.	They name what they can’t fix. Whether you show up between sessions. Whether the market cooperates that week. No coach controls either of those. 6.	They’re honest even when it loses them the sale. They won’t tell you to quit your job and trade full time if they don’t do that themselves. They won’t give you a timeline they can’t back up. If a mentor can’t do all six, don’t hire them.
