Only that Rwanda they where strategic,after the genocide,many countries had petty and started sending money to Rwanda,UN others to help it,the people in Rwanda are few and the money sent from abroad is much,so that’s why they developed quickly,and they cared more about Kigali as a city but other places are not that good,but I like their strategy it’s good,and they are patriotic 👌
