Stayed at the grand hotel in Scarborough a few years ago, and let me tell you it is still comfortless and the food is still poor 😂 Whitby is still my favourite though.

I’m from Scarborough Anya! I imagined the areas Emily mentioned in my mind. It’s possible she would have walked from The Grand Hotel on to The Spa Bridge and through the Italian Gardens to get to the beach and possibly used the cliff lift to come back up - it’s still in use today. Beautiful entry 🥰
