She had very recently voiced suicidal thoughts and was at EXTREMELY high risk for hurting herself or her children. Why did her husband leave her alone with or without the kids. She should have been committed without a doubt.

Knowing the severity of her mental state, the fact that her doctors failed her in many ways (over medicating & not admitting her) also curious to how well they educated her on her condition and the effects of these medications and how they mix. I say not criminally responsible.
