The best part about doing baby squats is baby's weight increases every week so your you'll get stronger and stronger. My daughter is 2 now and I still do baby squats

I love that you said “we aren’t going back because we’re better now” because I’ve never liked my body but I thank my body every day that I brought two babies and have been blessed enough to breastfeed both of them. (Not trying to diss any mom that used formula Fed is best, you know what works for you and your baby mamas) sometimes I feel insecure about my belly, but then my baby girl blows raspberries on it or plays the drums and smiles at me. She knows it was her first home 💕
