Such a long way of trading 10am😭 js look for manipulation on the 1 minute of the 10am est candle and wait for it to retest and enter simple, if it breaks it look for shorts🤷

Yeah right, not even Powell himself trades like this. Marking the rejection block? He just enters straight on the 10 am line. So you marking RB and waiting etc is hindsight
