Please stop wasting calories on snacks that don’t actually fill you up!! A cereal bar, a couple of biscuits… it’s gone in about 30 seconds and you’re hungry again before your next meal Have this instead⤵️ - 100g tuna (in spring water!!) OR If tuna isn’t your thing, just swap it for cooked chicken breast - mix with 30g 0% fat Greek yoghurt, 20g sriracha, 1/4 red onion, paprika, salt and pepper - 1/2 mini flatbread - 1/2 Cucumber 234 calories, 28g protein, 23g carbs, 4g fat - BOOM!! Same calories… but way more food, way more protein and it’ll actually keep you full. That’s literally how I’ve lost 20kg. I stopped picking snacks because they looked “healthy” and started picking snacks that actually did a job.
