Do Lpn, Lpn to rn, then rn to BSN. Not ideal but where I am rn takes 2 years. I didn’t get in so lpn is 1 year, lpn to rn is 1 year then I can get my BSN in about a year online so it’s not that different and I can work as an lpn while in rn/bsn school
