I lost my sister just before you lost Steve and my body has been broken since . Thought I had all of these serious illnesses because my body felt so alien . I finally went for a massage recently and spoke to her about how my muscles have been . She confirmed after the massage that my body feels like I’ve been lifting weights it’s so tight. I have definitely been in fight is flight for over a year . I ended up on antidepressants after Christmas as I felt I was having a breakdown as I was experiencing terrible anxiety which was causing the most bizarre and debilitating symptoms . It was so scary , I’ve never felt this before . We nursed my sister for 6 weeks before she died so a lot of it is trauma as well as grief . A year later I’m am finally seeing the light a little
