If he got hit by a car he’d have injuries that corresponded with that and he didn’t. I think he probably fell out of a truck bed or a car. The kids are scared and don’t want to get into trouble so they’re not talking. I doubt his shorts were folded neatly next to him, no one would take the time to do that, especially kids.

I’m sorry but a hit and run accident doesn’t rip off all your clothes, neatly fold your shorts, and put mismatched shoes on a naked human body. He was obviously whipped to death with the white chain!
