When I met with my specialist for my sleep apnea they talked to me about random things for 20 minutes and then went "Sorry, I just had to talk to you because when I saw your test results I thought you were going to be wheeled in by a support worker. I can't believe you lead any kind of life. It's just astounding that you can function at all." 😂

My husband once told me “he was surprised I didn’t have brain damage in the morning from how much I struggle to breathe at night” I have a cpap machine now and he doesn’t let me close my eyes unless I’m wearing it. I don’t snore much, I just stop breathing and then gasp for air.

I keep telling my husband he needs to get a sleep study, he snores, I've SEEN him stop breathing, and he's tired ALL the time, even if he goes to bed early. My CPAP machine literally changed my life

My dad and cousin both snored like subway car rolling through the house. As a kid I could hear them anywhere in the house. My uncle was the only one I didn’t hear snore and we weren’t related. Now that I’m older I’m aware I choke awake some nights. I guess I’ll talk to my Dr about sleep study

This is my husband exactly. It gets so bad that I have to sometimes have to sleep in another room. He’s been diagnosed with apnea but refuses to use the machine 😡
