@oscargold01: No matter what anybody has done to you, I want to give you a charge tonight: forgive them. You know why? We know. You don't forgive people because they are reasonable. You don't forgive people because they deserve it. Otherwise, why would God tell us to forgive someone seventy times seven times in a single day? Is that a reasonable person? Does that person deserve forgiveness? Never. Why then do we forgive? We forgive because we were first forgiven. Amen. We forgive because of the blood of Jesus. Amen. We forgive because of the cross of Jesus. The Bible says, *"While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."* So whatever anybody has done to you, I want to help you relieve that yoke. Right there where you are seated, open your heart to the Lord. Ask Him to help you. I know it may be incredibly painful. Some of you were raped at a tender age—you were five, you were seven, you were ten years old. An uncle, a father, raped you. You have carried that heavy burden for twenty years. It is time to let go. Some of you, your friends swindled you. Some of you, your wives or your husbands took absolutely everything from you and wanted to completely destroy you. Let them go. Do not carry that burden. You are hindering your own blessing. Some of you, people set you up. They maliciously damaged your reputation, and till today, you cannot seem to reclaim it. Do not add carrying that toxic burden in your heart on top of losing your reputation. Forgive. If you don't have any other reason to, then because of Jesus, because of the cross, and because of the precious blood of Jesus—forgive. You may not go back into a relationship with them. They may be far too wicked for you to ever have a relationship with them again, but forgive. Forgive, and trust God to help you forget. Forget. Let that healing happen right now.
