if she smothered them there would be petequel hemorrhage in the eyes obvious not taking any side but any medically trained would see that especially a coroner I'm just pointing it out that's all, there has to be more toxicology etc.

So a NP who has never met her- just talked to her on the phone. Smothering a child leaves specific markers behind- I’m sure the autopsy will show as well. May she rot in hell.
