I think if you throw a club it should automatically become ineligible to use for the rest of the tourney. so basically you're down to 13 clubs.

Rahm has always had this temper issue in his game. Club throwing is a problem, a big problem. Bad things can happen. The hosel could snap and the head could go flying and striking someone. Adding to that, at a minimum its poor form and disrespectful to his playing partners.
