Just a PSA: I lot of people assume when they sub for a sf flavor that the frap is going to be sugar free when that’s not the case. It will still be high in sugar. For Frappuccinos there’s two bases. One base is for any frap that contains frap roast and then there is another base for cream fraps. Both bases have sugar as the main ingredient.

I just feel like their Frappuccino base does not have that strong of a coffee taste anymore, back in the day they were so good! 😂 Now I have to at least add a shot or two of espresso. But I agree, the caramel frapp is the OG

they used to have a "light base" but that's what got discontinued so they use the regular frap base. The old recipe also used to come with nonfat milk. Just a heads up. because of the base, it's probably not as low calorie as it used to be.
