You are not alone. My daughter did the exact same thing when she was 4 months old. She didn’t sleep through the night. But she would struggle to get down. You got this!! ❤️

My 2 month old just started sleeping in 5-6 hour stints at night. This past week I started to feel rested, so I’m not looking forward to 4 months 😳. Just enjoy it one day you’ll hope to wake up at night with her. It’s so fleeting

The 4 month regression hit us hard too! We very loosely followed 12 hours sleep by 12 weeks old (never let my son cry at all) and it’s honestly been so amazing!! Only took about 4 nights for him to start sleeping better
