@alexcrockford: What’s your funeral song? I want to approach this topic gently and respectfully - please don’t take this advice to contemplate your own death if you have suicidal thoughts or ideation, psychotic tendencies, severe unprocessed trauma or PTSD, or people with depression. And if you feel called to this but have some concerns then please seek support and guidance ☺️🙏 This practice can be extremely profound and has been a part of many ancient traditions. Watch to the end to find out some of the reasons why it’s been powerful for me. But briefly, it’s all about legacy, impact and getting clear on what really matters in life. It’s not actually about the funeral song, BUT with that said, do you have one? ☺️❤️🙏 I’m going to add mine to the comments! #spiritualgrowth #mindfulness #meditation

‘Into the west’ - Annie Lennox. It’s the end credits song to the Lord of the rings. If it’s good enough to end the greatest trilogy of all time, then it’s good enough to end my life. The emotion wrapped up in that story and the morals of LOTR for me is so much that I would love my life to be associated a little to such a story. In addition to that, the lyrics of the song and how the energy of the song feel both conclusive but also empowering at the same time, feels perfect.
