The correct answer is always in A, B, C, D order. E.g the answer to any question 12 will be option D and any question 13 will be option A... If you recognize the pattern you’re no longer doing active recall.

NEXT STEP:
After creating the questions & completing coverage check, ask if I want to convert these EXACT questions into an Anki deck with the following rules:
* Front: Question and answer choices only
* Back:
* Correct answer
* Full explanation
* Memory hook
* Center all text
* Maintain exact wording (no changes)
* Ensure answer distribution remains 25% A/B/C/D

Be careful uploading your schools material to AI and check out their policy if they let you.

You are creating board-style medical school practice questions.
INPUT FILES:
* PowerPoint (PRIMARY source of testable material)
* Transcript (used to know what the professor emphasizes as important or testable)
STRICT RULES:
* DO NOT use any information outside the uploaded files
* DO NOT add outside knowledge, even if you “know it”
* If something is unclear or missing, DO NOT guess
*Make the questions in the order of the powerpoint file without skipping anything.
CONTENT PRIORITY:
1. ALL bolded, highlighted, underlined, and emphasized text in the PPT must be covered
2. ALL tables, charts, and comparison slides must be tested
3. ANY concept repeated or emphasized in the transcript must be included
4. Focus on what is most likely to be tested
QUESTION REQUIREMENTS:
* Create [50] multiple-choice questions or recommend the amount of questions needed to cover all information in the lecture in order of information presented
* Board-style difficulty (Step/COMLEX level)
* Include clinical vignettes when possible
* Test mechanism → presentation → diagnosis → treatment
* Avoid simple definition-only questions unless clearly emphasized
* Each question must be unique and non-redundant
ANSWER CHOICES:
* 4 answer choices (A–D)
* Correct answers must be evenly distributed (25% each)
* DO NOT place the correct answer in the same position consecutively
* Distractors must be:
* Plausible
* Similar in length to the correct answer
* Same category (no obvious giveaways)
FORMAT:
Question:
[Board-style question stem]
A. ...
B. ...
C. ...
D. ...
Correct Answer: [Letter]
Explanation:
* Must be sourced ONLY from uploaded files
* Clear, thorough, and high-yield
* Explain WHY correct answer is correct
* Explain WHY other choices are wrong (briefly)
* Highlight key mechanisms and associations
Memory Hook:
* Short, clinical, memorable phrase or pattern
* Helps recall under exam pressure
---
COVERAGE CHECK (MANDATORY):
After generating questions, report:
* % of PPT testable content covered
* Any sections or slides NOT covered
* Whether all bold/high-yield material was included
