My kitchen has to be absolutely clean before I cook anything and then I clean while I cook so by the time I actually sit down to eat it's done and I have left to clean are the dishes I used and this makes me absolutely happy!!

I clean as I go. I make my bed when I wake up. I throw away or file mail the day I bring it in. And I can’t go to bed with a mess.

Cleaning whilst cooking is a more efficient use of your time. You're standing there cooking, why not just clean up a bit save doing it at the end when you are full and can't be bothered.

Today I used an old jigsaw to cut a hole for an electrical outlet, while using it a set screw fell out but I didn’t realize it was a set screw. So whatever I figured it just wasn’t there in the first place. So I put the saw away. Well I ended up finding said screw. But I couldn’t continue to concentrate on the task till I put that screw back on the saw cause it would have bothered me till I did lol 😆. Funny how the mind works 😎👍

Yes... it is noise!! People in my house do not understand this. Clutter stresses me out so badly. It does calm me to clean as I go.

The minute I start cooking I fill the sink with hot soapy water and wash and clean as I go along, wiping boards constantly and repeatedly!!!!
