This! I deleted all shopping apps, unsubscribe from emails, changed my Tik tok algothrim by searching minimalism habits, don’t engage with any ads, etc. If I can do pick up at a store for a couple items I will if I feel like it’ll be tempting. It’s a total mindset shift

I feel like for someone to stop over consuming. You have to make a budget you got a little bit of money coming in budget if you have like a big massive paycheck budget it because then you can actually see where your money is going.
