highly recommend X shears as your go to trauma shear choice. Blunted at the end, and easy to get under clothes and bandages, and I have not met anything that they don’t cut through. That includes Kevlar and leather. They’re about 40 bucks, so they are a little bit more expensive, but well worth it, and they give you lifetime sharpenings.
