Personally to me, honey pot pads, feel the best out of all pads because they are so soothing, and it feels like a peppermint down there

I commented on your other video but I’m telling you tucks on a pad and the postpartum dermoplast spray directly on the painful area! You find it in the baby section, did wonders for me! The hospital did that for me and it was so soothing. For pads get what you’re comfortable with but you will need some that are very absorbent and long!

Eat a whole fresh pineapple, hot wings, a long walk and do the deeds. I did that all in one day and had my son the next day. 😅

You could possibly go over 2 weeks…… just a tip…… using your funky chair can get things moving. Im a mum of 7 and that got my twins moving.
