i booked my room weeks in advance & even asked for early check in as it was for a birthday celebration, was told that should be fine. showed up & they wouldn’t allow me into my room until AFTER 8 pm, there was supposed to be an upgrade for the inconvenience & that was not true at all, couldn’t even get a bottle of water & still charged full price. never going back, customer service was absolutely atrocious
