Honestly people use religion to shield their cultures. The reason some people are so attached to Hadith is because it ties them to their elders and their culture. Most people don’t care to see what Allah actually said.

I try explaining to them to follow the Quran only and not the hadiths because the Quran is sufficient and detailed why do we need more details of something that is already clear to us but unfortunately it is difficult to persuade them, and the worst they elevate Hadith in the same level of Quran unconsciously 😭

It is because they didn't believe Allah would be able to bring back the k*lled person so he could speak on who k*lled him. They didn't believe one of the messengers (Musa) was telling the truth so instead of obeying they asked so many questions they could only find one cow that fitted that order. The murder case was solved when the man got back up spoke after the offer was done. And Allah knows best, my explanation might be wrong forgive me for it!🤍

So the Quran doesn't specify how many times a day or how many rakats to pray.. so how do you know how many times a day and how many rakats to pray you don't follow hadiths. Does that mean we can chose what ever we want to do.
