The Invite was so ridiculously good. Great bounce back movie for Olivia Wilde. I can’t believe it was that good. I haven’t heard people audibly laugh in a theater in ages and this movie did it completely dry.

Not gatekeep, discernment. Me personally, I watch movies for whatever it's trying to do. Maybe it's just popcorn bullshit. Maybe it's an interesting concept. Maybe the acting is unreal. I tend to like MOST movies, the main question to me is...would I watch it again and why? But I think movies are coming back to actually trying interesting shit again. We've been in 20 years of Marvel universe and a number of other franchises trying to copy it's success. We're all tired of the same old shit. Give us interesting, weird, cinematic movies. Show us something NEW. Also...stop ruining your movies with spoiling trailera.
