Day 4 post op. I started bruising bad under the girls and sude of ribs days later and I started arnica 1 week pre op. I only took pain meds twice today and gettingworriedi may run out...8 left. I'm getting up easier and everything is getting and looking better slowly. Love all the things you mention! Ice packs worked great then the nurse told me no ice packs when I called yesterday and I dont know why.
