Cajun butter steak bites over parmesan mashed potatoes🥩🧈 recipe below: Cajun butter🧈 -4 tbsp unsalted softened butter -1/2 tsp seasoned Cajun -1 tsp parsley -2 tsp minced garlic -1 tsp lemon juice -1/2 tsp Dijon mustard Mix until combined (optional: add red pepper flakes for spice) Cajun steak bites🥩 -trim 2 steaks of choice into 1 inch pieces -season with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp buttery steakhouse seasoning -let steaks rest before cooking to avoid chewy steak bites ** -cook in avocado oil on med/high heat -flip after 1-2 minutes -reduce heat and stir in 2 tbsp Cajun butter -toss steak bites 1 additional minute -remove steak and add asparagus -season asparagus with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & Parmesan creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes🥔 -peel 2 large gold potatoes -dice into 1 inch cubes -boil in salted water -drain water and mash -stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tbsp butter, salt, pepper, & garlic powder Assembly✨ -Add creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes to a bowl and top with Cajun butter steak bites🥩 Serve with asparagus, ciabatta, & garnish with parsley #cooking #foodtiktok #fyp #creatorsearchinsights #whatdoimakefordinner
