I do bodywork at a bodywork. you can tell that the headlight is push in and something behind it is bent or broken. the lower spot on the fender behind the bumper that holds the bracket for the bumper is likely pushed way back. it needs a new fender. you only repair a fender if you can get it 95% with body hammers not just bondo. when he claimed that all he had to do was sand and add glaze he was lying completely. he is not even close.
