imo the blue is too cool toned for you, so it doesn't bring out your features as beautifully as the yellow one does. to me, the yellow dress fits right into your colour palette, especially with the highlights you recently got done in your hair :3 you could also try to wear the crochet bag with the yellow dress if you really want to wear it (because the colours are somewhat complementary:))
