Worked in a small office, boss had her best friend as an employee, they both were so toxic, I was Cinderella doing multiple jobs with no rewards or gratitude. I enjoyed what I did but the environment was stressful. I took your advice and quit! They lost a hard working and loyal employee. I forgave myself for putting up with their bs. Looking for a new job with discernment this time.

this happened to me I contacted HR, then HR quit. contacted his boss, then his boss quit. contacted his boss's boss and they quit told the president and they quit it's like he gets a free ride every few months because everybody in the company leaves and he hasn't changed
