Really embarrassing when you have to listen to “big” countries ramble on like this. Wouldn’t even classify England as big, they should be happy they get to play for a medal. For countries like Croatia or Morocco, the third place match was a great honor and both teams gave it their best to win a medal. It’s especially embarrassing of England because they’ll look back on this tournament, and if they won third place, they’ll say it was a good run considering they haven’t won a medal in so long. But that’s on them for rating their players the way they do and expecting nothing less but a World Cup.
