A month ago someone challenged me to try this exercise, and I completely forgot I had the video! 😅 So here it is! This one’s all about the dumbbell roll to close-grip push-up. It looks simple, but don’t let it fool you. You have to keep your core locked in tight, keep the dumbbell close to your chest as you roll, and then power up into a close-grip push-up when you get to the other side. 🔥 It’s challenging. 💪 It fires up your core, chest, and triceps. 🙌 And it’s actually a lot of fun! If it feels too easy with a lighter dumbbell, grab a heavier one, you’ll definitely feel the burn! Who’s brave enough to give this challenge a try?
