As a dental hygienist with a connective tissue disorder, no. This is fear mongering. White coating on the tongue is most commonly due to plaque. If it does not wipe away or is on your palate, then it is candida.

I have that but, it's not a yeast infection I get cracks around my mouth, swollen gums too..it's always worse during my period.. it's almost just like yeast...

I've actually had a candida infection in my mouth and trust me you'd know it's not just a white cast, the white cast is more likely plaque. The actual infection hurts, itches, and feels like ants crawling in your mouth. It is the same thing that causes vaginal yeast infections, it feels exactly the same as the genital infections but in your mouth.
