If you have a printer you can just print your design instead of stitching it. To speed up getting it lined up, I draw the cross hairs on my stabilizer and on my bag with a heat erasable pen, then I line them up. I also recommend using a basting box around the design before you stitch to hold the bag in place - plus if it’s crooked, the stitches of the basting box make it easier to tell, and they are easy to remove and start over.
